How long does therapy last?
Although a common question, there isn’t a clear answer for it. Therapy is a process that takes time and change doesn’t typically happen overnight. Some clients find they have achieved their goals after only a few months while others like the consistency of having ongoing weekly sessions more long term. It also happens that treatment can pause and resume at another time based on life events.
